In-house expertise

Our own team of study physicians take the lead in projects, typically assuming the PI function themselves. They bring their own extensive experience and expertise to the conduct of your study. The majority of our physician team are board certified in one or more disciplines.

 

The team is overseen by Prof. Dr. med. Frank Wagner, CEO & CSO, who is personally board certified in internal medicine and clinical pharmacology.

Centres of Excellence

The internal scientific and clinical expertise is complemented by our unique ‘centres of excellence’ approach. Our integral relationship with Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin grants us access to a network of more than 100 individual clinics and institutes, all with specific therapeutic area expertise and capabilities. Years of extensive collaboration with these clinics and institutes have led to well-established partnerships.

Among these partners there are genuine opinion leaders and therapeutic area experts. In some cases, these experts can also assume the PI role in the studies that we undertake. The ‘centres of excellence’ approach allows CRO to implement complex clinical assessments and specialised biomarker panels in studies, while always retaining full operational control and conduct within a dedicated environment.
